I’ve been going to Purrfect Auto for more than a year for my regular oil-checks & maintenance, & I have never had a bad experience. The managers have always been friendly & they always explain exactly what does (& doesn’t) need to be done & why. They now have a system where you can keep track of your services online, which I find very helpful (& which is very accurate). I had a horrible experience at my dealer before finding this place, & I now consider myself a loyal customer here.

Since 2001, virtually all of the necessary maintenance and repair work on our three vehicles has been done there. I have personally always found all their staff accommodating, pleasant but above all knowledgeable. Both Pat and Jim have been in and around the auto repair industry for 30 or so years. I believe I have spent at least $7,000 with them over the years and always felt good going out the door. I might further add that I would often just sit and watch and listen to what went on in the shop to see if I detected any hint of unfair dealings. I always came away with my confidence intact that they dealt with everyone fairly, respectfully and generally the customer got a much better deal from this independent than they ever would from a dealership.<br /> On several occasions I had post repair problems, but when I returned they always fixed the problem and did not write me up for fixing something that did not go right. Once they even called me to advise they were having problems with a batch of batteries from the wholesaler. They replaced it for free. I always felt they bent over backwards to be reasonable and there have never been any high pressure sales.<br /> From my point of view Purrfect Auto of Tustin and all of their staff I have interacted with over the years are just great. I will continue to use their services with confidence and trust.

I love this place, my brakes were so bad, before they did anything they inspected my car and told me what was wrong with my brakes. They were not like many of those auto repair place were they charge you arm and leg to fix your car. They actually explained everything to me in plain English, since I am a girl, who doesn’t know cars that well… They were able to give a me a great deal on my brakes. Their staff is so nice and they made sure everything was running perfect before they gave me my car back, and also they have a great deal on oil changes too. I finally found a place where I can take my car to get it fixed and I know they will due a great job. The manager was very helpful and was able to educate me on different part of the car that I didn’t know about. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Good Shop. They figured out tough electrical problems on our old Acura Legend a couple of times in the last 2 years...was able to pass smog thanks to them. I found them helpful, clear and competent. Didn't even charge me for re-inspecting something I came back after one of the repairs...Also no sales pressure when I decided to not leave the car on a specific problem and fix it myself. They seem to go the extra mile to try and keep their customers happy.

I've always gotten excellent service from this location. They're very friendly and accommodating and they've never tried to sell me any service or parts. I remember a time when they informed me that the treads on my tires were running ragged but that I had 6 more months before it would be an issue. Any other place would have tried to sell me but the guys at Purrfect Auto just let me know without pushing any other agenda. I really appreciate that and as a result, my family gets our cars serviced here. I live about 15 miles away but I would not take my car anywhere else for an oil change. Just get here early if you intend to stay with your car because it's first come, first serve with oil changes.
