Our 10 Step Repair Process

BEFORE we touch your car, we start out by listening to you and what you have to say about the problem. Our experience guides us and by asking questions we can pinpoint the problem in many cases. By asking questions we may be able to quickly identify the root cause of the problem saving you time and money.

Upon arriving...

1. We will document exactly what you're experiencing. Listening for all the symptoms and details.

2. We will assign the technician best suited to your car's particular issue, based on his experience.

3. If appropriate we will test drive the auto right along with you to narrow down a noise or problem. If you're not around, we may still test drive the vehicle to determine if we can feel, hear, or see what you described.

4. Next, we start our exclusive inspection. We look at the whole car from top to bottom. This helps us identify the root cause and prevents return visits to 'fix it right.'

5. At this point we will call you with our estimate based on what we've uncovered.

6. We don't begin the repair work until you are comfortable and fully understand what the repairs and process will be and the costs involved. We frequently order the parts ahead of time so we can move forward with the repair as soon as you give us the ok. This saves us both time and enables us to complete most repair work in one day.

7. After we have your approval, we will also give you an estimate as to when the vehicle will be ready for pickup.

8. Finally our expert technician's go to work, fixing your auto, guaranteed to do it right the first time.

9. Once the repairs are completed, we run electronic and road tests(if applicable) to verify the work was done correctly and the problem was fixed.

10. We then give you a call to let you know your vehicle is ready for pickup.
